my ballot
On Nov. 5, 1872, Anthony cast her ballot -- and was arrested for illegally voting. Since I'll be on the plane to Atlanta on Election Day, I cast my absentee ballot today. Along with the lights that stayed on in our house during Hurricane Sandy, I'm grateful to have the privilege of voting against any who might turn back the clock on women's rights.
